STL Roof Pros is a St. Louis–based roofing company specializing in roof replacements, storm damage repairs, and insurance-supported roofing projects. We are a family-owned business backed by nearly 30 years of construction experience through our sister company, Walks Carpentry LLC, established in 1995.
Unlike companies that only install shingles, we come from a full-home construction background. Walks Carpentry has spent decades building homes from foundation to finish, which gives us a deeper understanding of how roofing systems protect the structure beneath them. Roofing is not just what we do — it’s a critical extension of how we protect homes.
STL Roof Pros was created in response to growing demand for reliable, local roofing services in the St. Louis area, especially following severe storm activity. Homeowners needed a contractor who could move quickly, document damage accurately — with in-state crews.

Do you offer free roof inspections?
Yes. We offer free roof inspections, including drone-assisted inspections when appropriate, to safely and accurately document roof conditions.
Do you work with insurance companies?
We routinely document damage, review scopes, and submit supplements when needed.
Will I have out-of-pocket costs?
Most insurance claims require the homeowner to pay their deductible. In many cases, the remaining cost is covered by insurance depending on policy terms.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential roof replacements are completed in 1–2 days once materials are on site and weather allows.

Do you replace more than just shingles?
Yes. Roofing systems include underlayment, flashing, ventilation, decking, and drainage components. We address the full system, not just surface materials.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
STL Roof Pros requires a 50% deposit to secure materials and schedule work. Cancellations made within 72 hours of signing will receive a full refund of the deposit. After 72 hours, deposits are non-refundable due to costs incurred in preparation. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to be valid. -
Fulfillment/Shipping Policy
STL Roof Pros does not ship physical products. All services are fulfilled on-site at the customer's property as scheduled. Material delivery and installation timelines will be coordinated directly with the homeowner. Delays due to weather or supplier issues will be communicated promptly. -
Terms and Conditions
By using STL Roof Pros services, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in our signed service agreements, including payment structure, warranty coverage, and scope of work. All work will be completed to the specifications detailed in the estimate and contract. Any changes or additional work must be approved in writing. STL Roof Pros is not responsible for delays caused by weather, third-party interference, or manufacturer backorders. -
